4. Price calculate method, the letters are quoted by the height and quantity:
1) For letters less than 100cm, pricing is based on the longest side's measurement.
e.g.: For a letter sized 40*45cm, the price is calculated as 45cm * unit price (unit price per cm).
2) For letters over one meter, pricing is calculated based on square area.
e.g.: For a letter sized 130cm*140cm, use 1.3 * 1.4 * unit price (unit price per square meter).
